To request an exchange, please contact us within a day of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

if you requested delivery you will not be asked to pay the delivery fee again. If you made a pickup order and want to exchange and needs to delivery you will have to pay the delivery feeĀ AWG 5,-
