No-Refunds Policy (Exchanges Available)

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges:

• We are happy to offer exchanges for products of the same value.

• To request an exchange, please contact us within a day of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

• if you requested delivery you will not be asked to pay the delivery fee again. If you made a pickup order and want to exchange and needs to delivery you will have to pay the delivery fee AWG 5,-
